Appetizers We Have a Nice Selection of appetizers to choose from: Apple-wood Smoked Bacon Wrapped Shrimp kissed in our house made barbecue sauce Our House Specialty "The Seafood Asiago", which is a blend of Fresh Shrimp, Crayfish and Blue Crab in a Creamy Asiago Cheese Reduction with Toasted French bread for dipping. When in Season, our Heirloom Tomato Bruschetta is delicious and different then most, that is because we hand pick our tomatoes right off my Farm! Well, really it is Farmer Dave Lundberg's Farm, but he likes us to refer to his farm as ours. It is not uncommon to catch us Chefs sifting through fields in the summer to hand pick delicious items such as Heirloom Tomatoes, English Peas, Baby Beets, Peppers, Lemon Cucumbers and some of the Best Sweet Corn Around, rivaled only by my Friends at Carr Farms in Lakeview! Scratch made Spinach & Artichoke dip is to die for, it has a little hint of spice! Of course we have a nice variety of fried appetizers as well, including Hand Battered Onion Rings, Fresh Mushrooms, and Crisp & Tender Calamari. A nice Chicken Quesadilla with our House Made Salsa, which also has just a little kick, but not to bad! I think you can see, we try to make everything from scratch using only the freshest in season ingredients we can find! |
