Entrées Once again our theme is Freshness! We try to follow the seasons as much as we can. So in season you may find that we will have Soft Shell Crabs Flown in from Maryland on our Menu. You might laugh and say there is no way, he can do this in Howard City? Well I do! If you have had the chance to have These Gems, they are awesome! You might also see Copper River Salmon on my menu and you will definitely see #1 Ahi Tuna from the Honolulu Fish Company on my menu. I am a seafood chef, fisherman, conservationist, hunter and over all Foodie! Some Constants: Walleye, a fan favorite, lightly breaded and pan seared with fresh garlic, kissed with 14 Hands Chardonnay, Lemon and finished with a touch of butter, "ooh so delicious!" Pair it with some Jumbo Tiger Shrimp sautéed in extra virgin olive oil and you can't beat it! We have Fresh Farm Raised Salmon, that is Sustainable, Juicy, and delicious. I have tried alot of different Salmon, including the line caught, flash frozen Alaskan Salmon, but the problem with any frozen product is that it retains water and what I have found is that it tends to not be as juicy and tends to be a little drier. I will tell you that nothing beats Copper River Salmon, the color, texture and flavor profile is amazing! Tender Braised, Smokey, Seasoned Just Right Pork Baby Back Ribs, kissed with our house BBQ sauce! Our ribs are Right on! You want to talk about a Killer Steak at a great Price, That is what we have! My Friend Scott from Berghorst Farms has been hand selecting and cutting my steaks for years! We Serve a Nice 10 ounce Top Sirloin, 12 ounce New York, Beef Tenderloin Skewers, and Prime Rib. Every Friday and Saturday Night Throughout the Fall and Winter we serve the most succulent and juicy Prime Rib around, slow roasted to mouth watering perfection. Every Friday Night we have all you can eat Lake Perch, that is hand battered with a light batter-crispy and delicious! Perch is served daily as well, along with North Atlantic Cod, Several Pasta Dishes, Chicken and Jumbo Tiger Shrimp. There is something for everyone on my menu, including the kids. Did I mention that the Kids Eat Free off the kids menu Every Thursday Night and Every Sunday! |
